‘Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.’
There you go – if Albert Einstein said it, it must be true! It appears that Einstein was a vegetarian for the last 18 months of his life although his writings suggest that he was a proponent of vegetarianism for many years before that. Rightly so too – billions of animals are slaughtered for consumption every year, and this requires vast amounts of land, fuel, and water. Faced with a global climate emergency, we’ve all got to do our part. And if Einstein says vegetarianism is part of the answer – well, they didn’t call him a genius for nothing…
Wexford linen union tea towel, 57% linen / 43% organic cotton. 240gsm approx. Bleached with hydrogen peroxide, more environmentally-friendly than chlorine bleach, for superior print quality and brightness. Measures approximately 71 x 46cm. Stitched on all four sides.
